Hi, I’m Mark. It was back in 2012 that I was sitting in bed with my wife about to book an abroad holiday online. The prices had for some reason gone through the roof. One of us suggested that it would be nice to own our own touring caravan.
This got me thinking and I was soon looking on the internet at Autotrader Caravan. I soon found an inexpensive Coachman for about £1500.00. I realised that I could purchase the caravan, use it for our holiday and afterwards, even if I gave the caravan away, it would still be less expensive than the holiday that we were about to book.
Next day I drove to Derby where the caravan was being sold from. I purchased then van and had it delivered the very same day, much to the surprise of my wife, when she returned home from work to find the new caravan on the drive.
Fast forward to 2020 and I am now on my third caravan. Eight years on I have lots of experience and now its time for me to share what I have learnt to help the caravan community in the same way that I have been advised by other caravan owners both on site and online.
